SMS Opt-In & Messaging
How RememberAdate sends text messages, what you'll receive, and how to manage or cancel your SMS subscription at any time.
Who sends these messages
Text messages are sent by RememberAdate, a personal reminder concierge service operated by SimplySync AI. Our messaging number is (336) 644-5954. Save this as "Della — RememberAdate" so you always know it's us.
We use automated SMS to deliver reminders and account notifications. Standard carrier message and data rates apply.
How you opt in
SMS messaging requires your explicit, written, affirmative consent. You opt in by visiting rememberadate.com, entering your phone number, and checking the appropriate consent checkbox before submitting the sign-up form. Submitting the form without checking a consent box does not enroll you in that program.
Consent 1 — Transactional Reminder Messages (required to use SMS)
A clearly labeled, standalone checkbox collects your consent to receive automated reminder alerts and account notifications (Program: Reminder Notifications). This consent covers only transactional messages tied to your account activity. Checking this box is required to receive SMS reminders; not checking it means your reminders are delivered by email only.
Consent 2 — Promotional Messages (optional, separate checkbox)
A second, clearly labeled optional checkbox collects your separate consent to receive promotional messages such as product tips, upgrade offers, and feature announcements. This box is unchecked by default. You may grant or withhold this consent independently of the transactional consent above — your decision has no effect on service access or reminder delivery.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can use RememberAdate entirely by email if you prefer.
Types of messages we send
We operate two separate SMS programs. You control which you receive.
Reminder alerts and account notifications tied directly to your account activity.
- Scheduled reminder alerts (e.g., medication, appointments, daily tasks)
- Missed-reminder follow-ups
- Helper invitation notifications
- Account setup and onboarding messages
- Subscription status and billing notices
Sample message
“Remember a Date: Reminder — [Task Name] is due today. Reply DONE when complete, or open your dashboard to update it. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Product news, special offers, and free-trial reminders. This program is optional and separate from reminder messages.

Sample message
“Remember a Date: Your 30-day free trial includes text, email, phone-call reminders, dashboard tracking, calendar view, and AI reminder help. Upgrade anytime to keep Premium features. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Message frequency
Reminder message frequency depends entirely on the reminders you create and your account activity. A typical user receives 1–10 messages per day. You control this by managing your reminders in your dashboard.
Promotional messages are sent infrequently — generally no more than 2–4 times per month.
How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After texting STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation and no further SMS messages from that program.
You can also opt out from your account settings at dashboard › Settings › Notifications.
To re-subscribe after opting out, text START to (336) 644-5954 or update your notification preferences in your dashboard.
